Bernd Knobloch

Chairman

Mr. Knobloch was CEO of Eurohypo AG, Europe’s largest real estate financing bank, from 2004 until 2008. Between 2006 and 2008 Mr. Knobloch was also a member of the executive board of Commerzbank AG, Germany’s second largest bank. Since 1992 he had been a member of the Executive board of Frankfurter Hypothekenbank AG, the real estate financing subsidiary of Deutsche Bank. Between 1978 until 1992 he acted as Managing Partner of Cederbaum und Partner KG, a leading German real estate developer, Bernd Knobloch graduated both in law and business administration from Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich.

Michael Jung

Managing Partner

Michael cofounded the company in 2009 and has been a managing partner since. Between 2004 and 2008 Michael was initially CFO and subsequently CEO of Vivacon AG, a publicly listed real estate company in Germany. In that position Michael was instrumental to the introduction of commercial ground rent investments in the German real estate market and devised the first three capital market ground rent securitisations in the German market. Between 1996 and 2004 Michael worked in the investment banking divisions of Deutsche Bank and Rothschild, where he held director positions and focused on M&A and equity capital market transactions. Michael graduated as Diplom-Kaufmann from University of Mannheim.

Christian Kadel

Managing Partner

Christian Kadel was Managing Director of the Capital Markets Germany division of the global real estate consultancy Colliers between 2018 and 2023 and took over the global role of Head of International Capital Germany until the end of 2024. Prior to that, he was Managing Director in charge of the expansion of real estate investment banking at Eastdil Secured in Germany and before that he worked for the global real estate consultancy JLL for 15 years. In total, he has been responsible for and implemented a transaction volume of over EUR 36 billion in Germany to date in his various roles. He studied Business Administration at the ebs European Business School in Östrich-Winkel, graduating with a degree in Business Administration (Dipl-Kfm) and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Christiane Harz

Managing Director

Christiane was a division manager at Commerzbank’s real estate department from 2007-2010, where she was responsible for the controlling of refinancing and regulatory capital requirements. Between 2000 and 2006, Christiane worked at Eurohypo AG and Deutsche Bank where she was involved in the acquisition of large-size portfolios and the set-up of the internal portfolio management function. Christiane graduated in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.

Timo Scheiber

Director

Timo Scheiber was an Associate Director for investment properties between 2016 and 2020, first at BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH and then at Cushman & Wakefield. From 2009 to 2016, he was a Vice President in the Equity Capital Markets division of Barclays Bank PLC. Mr. Scheiber began his professional career at Deutsche Bank AG as a project manager in the Private Wealth Management division. Timo Scheiber graduated with an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and additionally as a Real Estate Economist from IREBS, Eltville.

Anne Dubeck

Director

Anne Dubeck worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Real Estate GmbH in the M&A and Corporate Finance divison from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, she was an Auditor at EY from 2020 to 2022. Anne Dubeck completed her Master of Science in Finance & Accounting at the University of Bamberg in 2020 and holds the title ‘Real Estate Economist’ from the International Real Estate Business School in Eltville.

Stéphane R. Adolf

Senior Advisor

Stéphane has an experience of 3 decades in international commercial real estate finance. He held senior positions at Eurohypo and Commerzbank where he was Managing Director in charge of international CRE finance business with a responsibility over €30bn real estate loan portfolios spread over all European markets. Before that, he had senior responsibilities in various financial institutions and started his career at Banque Hypothécaire Européenne in Paris. His track record covers transaction management, originations, credit risk as well as restructuring through the cycles in most European and Asia-Pacific markets. Stéphane graduated from KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux and holds a MSc in Finance.
